In the midst of coronavirus panic, the Massachusetts legislature passed in the veil of night, and without notice or opportunity for public comment, that all students age 6 months (daycare) - 30 must have a flu vaccine. I hear Arizonan’s complain that our legislators haven’t returned to session since the shutdown. But I’m now wondering if it’s a good thing. If they were in session, would we be permitted at the capital to oppose any such legislation?

Just seeing this now...and I have thought the exact same thing.
